PQASSO is a quality assurance system
specifically designed for use by voluntary and
community organisations.
PQASSO is a flexible system
with three levels of achievement. Each
organisation can assess its own stage of development
and decide which level to work towards. PQASSO
is based on self-assessment but there is an option
of external verification if an organisation wants
it.
Carers' Support is working
towards Level 3. |
