We organise a number of events during
the year to enable carers to get together and spend time
socially, meeting new people and getting out and about.
All carers are welcome to join us. Details of

Tuesday 28th September |
Therapy
Day
We are holding a therapy day
from 10.30-2.30 at Hythe Youth Centre, Cinque
Ports Avenue, Hythe, CT21 6HS. Therapies
on offer are relaxation, chair based yoga,
aromatherapy and manicure. Cost is £4 per
person and includes 2 therapies and lunch.

Friday 22nd October |
Bluewater Shopping Trip
Would you like to come on our
minibus for a day out at Bluewater Shopping
Centre? The trip is between 10am - 3pm and
the cost is £7 per person. For further
